PakWin Solutions was founded by Rob Pak and Robert Wineicki — two professionals with distinct backgrounds in turf care and specialty agriculture, united by a shared mission: to deliver regenerative, sustainable, and results-driven solutions for land management.
From the beginning, the company has stood for a smarter way to treat land, moving beyond chemical-heavy approaches and offering products that regenerate soil health, optimize natural processes, and benefit both people and the planet.

Rob’s strategic approach ensures that clients receive not only innovative solutions but also a clear, actionable path to achieving their sustainability and business goals. His expertise lies in aligning environmentally sound practices with solid operational and financial strategies.
In addition to his core consulting work, Rob serves as a brand ambassador for Auto Glass Excellence. This role highlights his skill in fostering strong industry relationships and effectively representing a brand’s mission and values—skills he brings to every client partnership at PakWin Solutions.

As a Project Manager at PakWin Solutions, Robert Winiecki provides expert consulting on sustainable solutions for farming and gardening. He specializes in waste stream analysis and sustainable landfill management, with a particular focus on implementing zero-waste and waste-to-energy systems. Robert excels at identifying the root cause of his clients’ challenges, working collaboratively with them to develop and implement effective, long-term solutions.
Known by many of his clients as a “plant whisperer,” Robert has extensive experience in harvest-to-market supply chain management, including packaging, distribution, and everything in between. His approach is rooted in a commitment to delivering profitable and sustainable outcomes for every client.
Robert’s expertise is backed by an Aquaponics Certification from Friendly Aquaponics in Hawaii, where he mastered creating small-scale commercial aquaponics systems using accessible technology and organic practices. He also studied permaculture in Nevada, learning to apply organic, closed-loop systems in both rural and urban communities. This dual education provides him with a well-rounded understanding of practical and implementable farming technologies.

Monica De Freitas Winiecki, with a master´s degree in applied ethics and a PhD in metaethics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, firmly believes in the importance of sustainability. Her studies delve into key principles in environmental ethics, such as sustainability, respect for biodiversity, and moral duties to nature. She is convinced that ensuring a sustainable environment for future generations and balancing current needs with long-term ecological health is crucial to fostering a more profound ethical commitment to preserving the planet.
In her view, sustainability is a concept that can enhance human perception of the interconnectedness of all living beings and the value of ecology for human and non-human components. Her studies also explore whether humans should have moral duties to the environment independent of the utility of ecosystems to human beings and the frequent economic terms associated with it.
As the Ethics Executive Officer at PakWin, Monica de Freitas Winiecki plays a relevant role in bridging environmental ethics and PakWin Solutions’ goals for innovative and sustainable agriculture and green spaces. Her specialized consultation on processes and technologies for innovative, regenerative, and organic approaches and potential markets and affiliations are instrumental in shaping PakWin’s sustainability strategy. She believes that the key principles of environmental ethics will guide philosophical enquiry and practical decision-making in addressing ecological challenges and fostering a more ethical relationship between clients and companies.
